Run/Walk for “The Gathering Inn”

WHEN: Saturday, October 24, 2009
WHAT: Placer County churches and businesses will host a charity three mile walk / five mile run – starting in front of Bloom Coffee and Tea at Stone Point Center, 1485 Eureka Road, Roseville. Funds from this event will go to The Gathering Inn, a faith-based ministry for the homeless of Placer County.
TIME: Beginning at 9:00am, participants will depart the parking lot and go onto Miner’s Ravine, a Roseville bike trail, then return to Stone Point Center for refreshments and entertainment by the Denny Russell Band.
COST: Registration fee is $25 per person or only $50 per family. All participants receive an event t-shirt. All proceeds go to support this local ministry.
