An Opportunity to Serve!
Every 2nd Wednesday of the month we have the opportunity to serve dinner at The Gathering Inn.
This is city wide mission to feed the homeless.
Time: 5pm
Where:Meet at Hillcrest Alliance Church in Roseville Directions
Wednesday, January 11th
Below is our once a month supply of our delicious speghetti dinner list .
We are asking for donations of $10, $15, $25, or $50 to go towards our Gathering Inn fund.
If you wish to be part of this ministry, please write a check made payable to Providence Bible Church (you may place this in the offering basket) or go to our website http://providencebiblechurch.org/ministries/pbc-serve/ to make donations via PayPal.
Please indicate on check and/or PayPal that this is for The Gathering Inn.
Dinner:
12 jars of Prego Sauce
12 packages of spaghetti noodles
12 lbs of ground beef
8 loaves of French bread
2lbs of butter
2 bottles of salad dressing
5 bags of salad
instant Tea Mix or Lemonade
Decaf. Coffee
Six gallons of milk
20lbs of ice
Dessert:
Cookies
Ice Cream Sandwiches
Breakfast to Go: (for the next morning)
70 muffins for breakfast
Fruit for breakfast (bananas, fruit bars, etc)
Paper Goods:
Cold and hot cups
ForksLarge paper plates
Napkins
